SHIPPING
POLICY

Due to COVID-19 all orders will go out as US Priority Mail (no First Class available).  Shipping  and handling is $8.50 for the first item and an additional .75 cents per item thereafter, unless otherwise noted.

 

Delivery:  Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.  (Often we ship within a few days, but we cannot guarantee it!) 

 


 

REPAIRS

All of Bottleblond Jewels products are handmade and some of our components (i.e., delicate chain) can be a bit delicate in nature.  As these small parts can also pose a choking hazard, we do not recommend for children aged under 3 years or under.  Please keep this in mind when ordering for younger customers who might be a little "hard" on their jewelry.  With that said, we are happy to repair any item that has broken or been damaged through usual wear and tear.  Please follow the following steps.

 

1.  Send an e-mail to info@bottleblond.com telling us the problem, your name, telephone   number, mailing address and where you purchased the piece (e.g., internet, store name, etc.)

 

2.  Send the piece to us at:  101 N Verdugo Road, PO Box 9460, Glendale, California, 91226.  Be sure to include a copy of your e-mail in the package so we know who to return it to!

 

3.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from our receipt of the piece for return and repair.

 

4.  Please note: customer is responsible for shipping charges to Bottleblond, and Bottleblond will pay for return shipping costs.  

RETURNS & CONDITIONS

We accept returns up to 10 days upon receipt of item provided that it is unworn and still in its original packaging.  To return an item, please follow the same steps listed above for repairs and upon our receipt of the returned item, we will provide a refund to you via Pay Pal.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for shipping and handling.
